The Position

We are seeking an Intern to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects, offering assistance with tasks, brainstorming ideas, and contributing to project goals
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as manuals, guides, or process documents
- Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or team
- Maintain open and clear communication with team members and supervisors, seeking guidance when needed
What you bring to Uplight:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or recent graduate.
- A problem solver and a critical thinker. You have a curious and creative mind when coming to solutions.
- Available for an internship duration of 12 weeks.
- A relationship builder who has strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for Uplight’s mission, vision, and core values.

Hourly Range: $15.00/hour to $18.00/hour
