Our Philanthropy team plays a key role in furthering Ecojustice’s mission by fostering meaningful connections with donors and foundations who support our work. Through inclusive and innovative fundraising strategies, we ensure the long-term financial sustainability of our organization and help fund impactful legal cases that protect the environment and advance environmental justice.
About The Role
As the Associate Director of Philanthropy (Major Gifts), you will oversee a portfolio of major donors and foundations while managing a team of fundraising professionals across Canada. Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, optimize donor engagement, and promote inclusive fundraising practices. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance donor stewardship and strengthen Ecojustice’s philanthropic impact.
