Intern- Operations & Logistics
🇧🇷 Brazil 📝 INTERN**Essential Responsibilities :
**Support the Operation area in Brazil regarding:
· Control: Phones, Fleet Cars, Insurance, Credit Cards, Travel Agency, record new Suppliers and other administrative subjects
· Indirect Purchase Material subject
**
Key Performance Indicators :
**
• OTD Suppliers
• Responsible for approx. 100 suppliers
**
Qualification Requirements :**
• Communication skills and ability to work as a team
• Structured working methods Academic requirements/ professional qualifications
• Studying Business Administration, Production Engineering or Logistics in College/University with good reputation
**Spoken Languages :
**• English and Portuguese
• Spanish and/or German is a plus
**Job specific knowledge :
**• Good IT knowledge (ERP, MS Office)
• Notion in programming system & Power BI is a plus
