Instructional Designer to Xylem
As a member of the Global Business Services organization, the instructional designer will play a pivotal role in the Change Management workstream.
This role will entail close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders to identify learning gaps, assess training needs, implement learning initiatives to facilitate Coupa adoption, develop materials and/or procedures, and coordinate activities aimed at ensuring a continuous learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and develop highly innovative world-class learning content and experiences aligned with adult learning principles and relevant to the learning styles of diverse groups of users.
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for employees at various organizational levels, ensuring content is impactful and relevant.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials in E-Learning format, using digital learning technologies such as Articulate Rise;
Transform written content into visual descriptions (graphics and infographics) to captivate learners and maximize training effectiveness;
Edit various multimedia elements—videos, graphics, photos, effects, sound, and voiceovers—as required.
Review existing procedures and policies, update them accordingly, and perform quality and accuracy testing before publishing;
Evaluate training and E-Learning courses effectiveness using available data such as assessment marks, sign-up rates, post-course surveys, etc. Perform continuous improvements based on feedback.
