Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Learning & Development, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating content such as e-learning, documents, infographics, and presentations to support the learning needs of the organization. The Instructional Designer will work closely with other members of the training team to provide guidance from a learning science perspective in the development of training programs. The Instructional Designer must be proficient in a software suite for creating e-learning and proficient in the Microsoft Suite.
