In this role you will be responsible for:
- Reach customers via phone or digital chanels - great opportunity to really learn the basics of sales
- Possibility to grow within the sales organization - have a great understanging of business (new units, our applications, use cases, etc.)
- Nurture digital leads pipelines, nurture prospects pipelines
- Support regional business development activities (outbound calls to filter potential customers and setup meetings for Sales and BD)
- Support for regional sales events
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in the field of Business, Economics (or Engineering background preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service, call-center, B2B products/ services
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), other language knowledge (German, Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Pro-active behaviour, eager to work collaboratively with international colleagues and across functions
- Ability to work independently and recognize when to escalate issues,
- Highly organized & strong attention to detail, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
