Indirect Buyer Specialist

Essential Responsibilities :

• Responsible for procurement of indirect material & services for Brazil
• Management of the indirect services contracts, covering: Insurances, Fleet Cars, Phones, Computers, Credit Cards, Offices rent. Therefore, it will be the main contact point between final users and suppliers in daily.
• Responsible to prepare control reports (payments, costs, tasks, performance, savings)
• Implement KPI for the area
• Look for continues improvements
• Performing other clerical documentation process duties

Key Performance Indicators :

• Purchasing savings
• OTD Suppliers
• Lead Time Suppliers
• Responsible for approx. 50-200 suppliers; 500-1000 parts

Academic requirements/ professional qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration or Production Engineering from College/University with good reputation

Spoken Languages:
• Fluent English, Portuguese
• Spanish is a plus

Job specific knowledge:
• Good IT knowledge (ERP Oracle, MS Office)
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Skills with mathematical calculations
• Basic knowledge of finance and taxes
• Experience with administrative activities
• Notion in programming system & Power BI is a plus
