We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Implementation Consultant to bring to life Infoxchange’s mission of Technology for Social Justice. This role may be based in either our Brisbane or Melbourne offices.

Key duties and responsibilities
Configure Infoxchange's client and case management software for customers based on agreed scope
Analyse customer requirements using a variety of methods including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document reviews
Design solutions that satisfy customer needs utilising existing features of the product
Respond to sales enquiries from existing customers and generate proposals for new work
Provide Level 3 configuration support, including troubleshooting and resolution of bugs
Responsible for all components of small to medium configuration projects, including management of scope, schedule, deliverables, and change
Create and maintain internal documentation, user guides and training materials
Deliver training sessions to end users
Perform data migrations to and from the application
