Job Summary

We are looking for an Impact Acceleration Coordinator to work within the Textile Exchange Team. The focus of work will be to provide support for the work we are doing with Impact Acceleration.

Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, the ability to plan and attention to detail are all needed.

Like all roles at Textile Exchange, this role will be primarily home-based; Textile Exchange is a US-based but remote-working organization with a global team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Staying current on internal systems and processes, and ensuring their adoption by the Impact Acceleration team

  • Maintaining Salesforce database (e.g.: new contacts entry, report generation, updates)

  • Submitting internal work requests (e.g.: Communications)

  • Supporting the team’s use of Click-Up (project management tool)

  • Work with internal teams, including Communications, Convening, Membership, Marketing, Human Resources, Systems

  • Keeping track of relevant deadlines and ensuring that they are met

  • Note-taking for key meetings

  • File management (on SharePoint)

  • Document review and formatting

  • Stakeholder communications: support basic questions from members and stakeholders regarding Impact Acceleration: send introductory explanations, direct them to tools etc.

  • Draft internal communication and announcements regarding news and updates about team members, projects, or programs

  • Set up and coordinate webinars

  • Zoom and Microsoft Teams: scheduling, meeting support, and follow-up

  • Provide remote support for annual conference sessions

  • Coordinate the LIA benchmarking process: connecting external stakeholders to internal team members, ensuring that all steps are followed thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

Required:

  • Interest in Textile Exchange’s vision, mission, and goals.

  • Detail-oriented, logical, systematic, methodical, and organized.

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.

  • Ability to work in a flexible, yet fast-paced remote environment, able to meet deadlines and share progress regularly.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and changing direction.

  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation with ability to work remotely effectively.

  • Strong team player: ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

  • Honest, professional, confident, responsible, discreet, and able to always act with the utmost integrity

  • Excellent communication, written, and grammatical skills in English (Native or bilingual proficiency).

  • Equipped with excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • Access to a constant stable Internet connection.

  • Ability to schedule work hours that overlap with CET and EST.

Employment Package

  • Contract full-time position (40 hours per week).

  • Work from home, virtual/remote (flexible working hours is a must due to difference in international time zones).

  • Compensation range: $38,000- $45,000USD Dependent on experience

  • Textile Exchange is currently unable to provide sponsorship for work permits. Candidates need to have existing right to work in nominated working location.

  • To be filled as soon as possible (start date to be agreed between both parties).
