Who are we looking for?
Title: Human Resources Manager
Arrangement: Full-time contract
Start Date: June 2025
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Head of India
Salary range: 14-18 LPA depending on experience
reach52 is seeking Human Resources Manager that would support reach52’s mission to improve access to healthcare for 52% of the world who currently cannot access it. You will work to build and manage the personnel of our growing team in India. You should have a strong knowledge of human resources in India with experience in recruiting, hiring, employment regulations and compensation rules, alongside other major HR disciplines. Direct experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be a plus. As the business grows, you will be central to accelerating progress in driving access. Innovative thinking and willingness to try new approaches is key.
What you’ll do
The core role scope and responsibilities of the role will be:
Creating job descriptions and managing recruitment programs
Screening candidates for open positions and managing interview processes
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve employee experience
Assist in preparing HR Metrics and dashboards for management review
Monitor labour laws and ensure HR practices remain compliant
Oversee compensation and position management
Maintain HR records and policies
Manage HR concerns and complaints
Oversee performance management process
Gather feedback through surveys and suggest improvement
Prepare documentation and reports for audits and statutory compliance.
Help draft and distribute internal HR communications, policies, and updates.
Assist in HR-related aspects of organizational changes, such as restructuring or policy updates.
Who you are (probably!)
We’re reasonably sure you should have a profile like this, but we can flex sometimes:
5+ years of India HR experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector
is mandatory.
Experience in a loosely-structure, start-up-like setting and demonstrated ability to think quickly and independently would be a plus..
Strong ability to screen candidates and identify strong performers.
High autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to see the big picture and support achieving the details.
