Third Generation Environmentalism is hiring a
HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN, OPERATIONS, LONDON (3 to 6 months part-time or full-time)
E3G is looking for an HR Intern to assist with data input into our HR systems and administration. This role is suitable for individuals who are starting their career in HR or are currently studying towards an HR qualification. The intern will be based in E3G's London office.

E3G is an independent climate change think tank with a global outlook. We are world leading strategists on the political economy of climate change, dedicated to achieving a safe climate for all. Our goal is to translate climate politics, economics and policies into action.
E3G is consistently ranked as one of the top ten most influential environmental think tanks in the world by the University of Pennsylvania’s Global Go To Think Tank Index.
This role reports to the Head of HR and is part of a team of four. E3G employs 136 staff across its entities.
Key Responsibilities
Input data into the HR system, Leapsome. This is to help build out our Learning and Development offering as well as our appraisal system.
Conduct benchmarking research for roles.
Update the staff Intranet and SharePoint to ensure they are organized and well-presented.
Perform Learning & Development administrative tasks, including updating spreadsheets and organizing training.
Assist the HR Administrator with administrative duties, such as recruiting and helping with new starter paperwork.
Fulfil any other reasonable management requests.
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Accuracy and attention to detail with data
Organisational and administrative skills
Hands-on experience with IT programs; HR systems an advantage
Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
Excellent verbal and written English skills

Fixed term, full-time or part-time contract.
Flexible working arrangements and hybrid working approach.
25 vacation days, pro-rated for part-time employees plus additional leave between Christmas and New Year.

E3G offers a reward and benefits package which compares well with other organisations within our sector. The salary is dependent on hours worked, based on the London living wage of £13.15 per hour.
E3G is unable to provide any relocation assistance to candidates who would need to move in order to take up this position.
