ELEVATE is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support the HR Manager with day-to-day requests and operations within LATAM and other areas.

Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure and assist with HR transactional services in accordance with established guidelines
  • Manage all Americas and Europe contractor contracts and respond to contractor inquiries
  • Maintain HRIS systems via BambooHR (onboarding, status changes, offboarding, etc.)
  • Coordinating interview schedules, maintaining Hiring tab in BambooHR, maintaining HireRight site for Americas, maintain recruiting Excel file and provide recruiting updates, reports and analytics to various HRBPs
  • Assist HR Manager with supporting employees in Mexico and Colombia
  • Maintain complete confidentiality with respect to employee and company records
  • Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • College student or recent college graduate preferred with a specialization in HR Management, Organizational Management, or Psychology or related field
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Fluent English and Spanish speaking and writing is a must
  • Flexibility in schedules is preferred (we are a global company)
