We are looking for a Human Resources Administration Specialist who will be responsible for the administrative activities of employee life cycle processes including onboarding and offboarding, time & attendance, and benefits administration for our employees. In this role you are the interface between Employees, Managers, Recruiters, HR Managers, 3rd party payroll provider, authorities, and other external stakeholders.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Support the administrative processes of the entire employee lifecycle, including on-and offboarding, time & attendance, benefits administration, compulsory health check administration etc.
- Support the local HR team with employee document related tasks (administration of content, signatures, filing, Workday administration, etc),
- Being responsible for Workday administration, business processes and data quality,
- Handling of personal data and contract management,
- Maintain employee documentation in compliance with local employment law & data protection regulations,
- Contribute to HR processes design and improvements
- Being the first point of contact for employees in all HR Admin related questions & inquiries, provide HR professional support on everyday matters, requests of employees
- Work closely with external payroll provider & provide data for payroll purposes before monthly closing
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of Business Economics, Administration, HR or relevant
- Service oriented & passionate about diverse HR related topics,
- Previous experience working as an HR Specialist or Generalist, basic know-how on labour law,
- Native in Hungarian & fluency in English (both written and spoken), German knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowePoint)
- Previous experience working with HR systems (eg. Workday or similar HR systems, employee file database, time & attendance systems)
- Ability to work professionally and proactively with multiple international internal and external client groups
- Highly organized personality with a strong attention to detail
