About the role:
Itad is seeking to hire a Technical Advisor in Health Systems Strengthening Metrics for an upcoming anticipated USAID-funded activity titled Integrated Health Systems Strengthening (IHSS). The USAID IHSS Activity aims to support the achievement of sustainable, equitable, and resilient health systems through locally-led, evidence-driven, and context-specific approaches to HSS. With an award ceiling of $325 million and a global scope potentially covering up to 30 countries concurrently, the IHSS Activity will advance primary healthcare, accelerate progress toward universal health coverage (UHC), and improve health outcomes.
The HSS Metrics Technical Advisor will be part of a global learning team and play a key role in buy-in conversations, representing Itad on the program team. This role is responsible for contributing to core-funded global learning, knowledge management, and technical activities related to HSS metrics and HSS MERL, as well as supporting country buy-ins and building local capacity on the use of HSS metrics and broader HSS MERL approaches.

Minimum Qualifications
This position is contingent upon Itad's successful award of the USAID-funded Integrated Health Systems Strengthening (IHSS) project. Employment is dependent upon Itad’s consortium being selected as a service provider. The role is remote with potential to be DC based part time.
