We are looking for a team leader responsible for HR administrative processes and Mobility & Immigration topics globally. You will manage a team of an HR Specialist and a Mobility & Immigration Specialist. Based on your experience you will help us set up and improve the processes within your scope.
In this role you'll be the main interface between your direct reports, global HR Operations lead, next level leadership, local leadership, and external service providers. You will be integrated in the local HR team in Budapest and report to INNIO’s Global Payroll & Immigration leader located in Austria.

In this role your tasks will be:
- Ensure execution of country-specific HR Operations (e.g. employee lifecycle documents, on- & offboarding, time & attendance, benefits administration) and global Mobility & Immigration tasks (e.g. visa, work permits, travel requirements for long-term and short-term business travel)
- Lead Mobility & Immigration processes with external providers, tax and mobility systems
- Support setting up smooth processes and ensure services delivery,
- Work hands-on supporting your team by taking over administrative processing of the employee life cycle documents, time and attendance, benefits administration, and immigration tasks,
- Integrate new HR Operations and Immigration team into local (HR) organization, build relationship with local and remote (HR) team
- Ensure compliance with global and local labour law, Mobility & Immigration regulations, processes, and policies
- Active role in supporting the improvements of HR and Mobility & Immigration process
- Main contact for payroll inputs and cooperation with external payroll provider
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of Business Economics, Legal, Administration, HR or relevant
- Service oriented and passionate about diverse HR related topics
- Experience in working within HR Operations or Mobility & Immigration area (4+ yrs)
- Strong leadership skills - you lead by example setting the right example to the team (2-3 years)
- Previous experience working in a Shared Service environment
- Strong project and process management skills
- Ability to work professionally and proactively with multiple international internal and external client groups,
- Native in Hungarian & fluency in English (both written and spoken), German knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowePoint)
- Previous experience working with HR systems (eg. Workday or similar HR systems, employee file database, time & attendance systems)
