Position Overview
WRI is looking for a Human Resources Manager in the WRI China office to play an integral role in the talent management agenda for our staff in China. In this role, you will work with institute leaders to set people priorities and drive the progression of the people agenda including talent management and organization and leadership effectiveness. You will report to the Operations Director for WRI China and as an integral member of WRI’s Global HR Network, you will have indirect reporting into WRI’s Chief People Officer. In your role you will lead the way in optimizing HR solutions and priorities, using data-driven, growth-oriented HR strategies.
A successful candidate for this position will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a track record in, and passion for engaging staff and managers to drive for results. Ability to collaborate across a global network and managing remote relationships is an added advantage.
