HR Manager

Descrizione

•    Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will manage the workflow associated with all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
•    Manage and support the recruitment and selection process (track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed)
•    Ensure work efficiency and drive productivity to ensure timely delivery of HR services to internal and external stakeholders
•    Maintain the HR systems to ensure accurate employee data is captured
•    Oversee, review and implement relevant HR policies, processes and frameworks to support business
•    Review payroll management for Singapore
•    Create and maintain HR analytics, reports and dashboard
•    Ensure regular HR activities are well executed
•    Lead in HR projects across SEA/EM and events as required
•    Perform other duties as assigned
