About the role
CPI is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to our US team based across San Francisco and Washington D.C. Reporting directly to the Global People Manager (UK), this role will be at the heart of CPI’s efforts to recruit and retain great people in the US.
The HR Generalist will serve as the first point of contact for all CPI US based employee queries, providing support and information on core HR policies and processes. As such must have good judgment and significant initiative across a broad spectrum of activities and situations. This position requires an independent and enthusiastic personality with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Position Details
CPI is recruiting for one full time position to be based preferably in our San Francisco office, however strong DCI candidates will also be considered.
CPI has adopted hybrid working whereby staff are able to work a mix of remote and in the office. Although the nature of this role means some elements will be best fulfilled when on-site so regular office attendance will be required from this role.
CPI salary offers are determined by the level of skill and experience demonstrated by the selected candidate as well as alignment to internal equity and external market levels.
