ABOUT THE ROLE
Our 5-person HR Team is tasked with guiding program delivery by equipping Cuso International's global teams to deliver marketplace value. This HR team ensures that every program is optimized for innovative and localized solutions. Providing a wide range of comprehensive human resources services to employees in North America and our Country Program Offices, this team is composed of professionals tasked with delivering our HR ideals.
As an integral part of our collaborative team, the HR Coordinator focuses on generalist HR support, HR metrics, and administration. The HR Coordinator is also an active contributor to the employee journey.
While reporting to the Manager, HR Compliance and Operations, our HR Coordinator will support the HR team in HR Administration and Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you’ll be expected to contribute across HR Administration, Analytics, Recruitment and general efforts. Each task will specifically entail the following:
HR Administration - Support in the transition of our HR information to the new HRIS system. Prepare letters and correspondence for employees, including contractual documents. Manage employees’ timesheet and annual leave tracking. Update organizational chart periodically. Manage communication of staffing updates. Update and maintain the HR Intranet website on Office 365. Respond promptly to all employee and volunteer health and insurance queries. Review and process HR-related invoices (including Health plans administered through Cuso International). Provide logistical support for HR initiatives and events as required. Coordinate medical clearances for volunteer extensions and expatriate employees. Tracking, collecting, and documenting employees’ Training certificates.
Recruitment - Support with complete cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and all assessment process steps. Support with Reference/Background checks for successful candidates.
HR Analytics - Produce reports and data as required for HR metrics, compensation and benefits.
General - Undertake specific additional responsibilities from time to time, as may be agreed upon with the Head, Global HR and HR Team.
