WWF-Hong Kong is looking for HR Business Partner / Manager, People and Culture, being one of the key players in HR Team, to serve as an advisor and a leader within the organization to offer guidance, support, and expertise to teams and individuals, helping them achieve their goals. Through effective communication, active listening, and proactive initiatives, s/he will help inspire and motivate employees towards success.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as an integral part of the HR team, contributing to the overall People strategy and attending regular team meetings to discuss progress against our People strategy and organization objectives.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Directors, Leaders and People Managers and have a collaborative and pro-active approach to solving people issues.
- Lead complex and People projects to deliver effective outcomes.
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, induction, internship, total rewards, change management, conflict management, monitoring performance, and carrying out performance and development reviews.
- Support the Senior Manager and Director, People and Culture to deliver the People strategy by breaking down People projects at organizational level into implementation plans.
- Undertake continuing professional development including the attending of training as/when required.
- Work in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies & procedures, and guidelines, both internal and external.
- Keep abreast of policy and professional development within your area of professional expertise.
- Promote, adhere to and live our organization values on courage, integrity, respect, and collaboration.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
- Proficiency in MS Office. Operational experience in HRMS are an added advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication, time-management and interpersonal skills.
- A problem solver with a curious mindset and quick decision-making ability.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, resource and time-constrained environment.
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven mindset and approach
