Third Generation Environmentalism is hiring a
HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP), LONDON, BRUSSELS OR BERLIN.
This role will provide support to the development and delivery of the HR agenda both operationally and strategically. Working alongside Associate and Country Directors within the petals (departments) to resourcing and develop teams and managers. Provide a HR services to staff and organisational project work.

We work on the frontier of the climate landscape tackling the barriers and advancing the solutions to a safe climate. Our goal is to translate climate politics, economics and policies into action.

This role reports to the Head of HR and due to growth over the last 2 years we are expanding the HR team from 2 to 4 people. E3G has 136 staff across the entities.

Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Essential Experience
Be flexible, creative and collaborative, with sound judgement;
Deliver outcomes;
Work with a coaching style;
HR qualification equivalent to BA or CIPD Level 5;
Proven work experience as a HRBP or similar role (non for profit an advantage);
Hands-on experience with IT programmes and HR systems;
Experience in managing a reward programme operationally and strategically;
Ability to design clear and fair company policies;
Relationship management, including at managerial and stakeholder levels;
Verbal and written communication, including active listening, for determining organisational goals and suggesting ways to achieve them through human resource initiatives;
Excellent verbal and written English is required;
Comprehensive understanding of employment law in the country you are located and the ability to learn about employment law in other locations.
Desirable Experience
Based in London, Brussels or Berlin with hybrid working. 25 days leave plus additional leave between Christmas and new year. Pension contribution plan and various benefits based on location.
