Purpose:
As HR Business Partner, you will provide professional end-to-end HR expertise and advice to a growing team (currently 35) in a new Acquisition in Athens, Greece and will provide HR support to our entities in other parts of Europe e.g. Spain, Germany. The position will be based in Athens.
You will be part of our global HR team, reporting into the HR Manager and will be aligned to our Digital Modelling Practice. You will work closely with the business to support integration and the organisation’s vision and growth strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
You will develop deep and effective working relationships to ensure business objectives are supported by HR policies and practices. You will be outward facing in the business, often interacting with colleagues to build business knowledge, and regularly meeting with Managers and Team Leaders to deliver your HR added value. You will confidently challenge and critically evaluate options and be proactive in putting forward ideas.
You will work closely with the other HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to ensure that the service is consistent across the business and to share learnings and best practice. We are a supportive and welcoming team that is continually developing and hence you will be comfortable with change, managing your priorities and a varying set of tasks.
