The Noble Research Institute, LLC in Ardmore, Oklahoma, is seeking part-time, summer helpdesk support to join its Information Technology team.

This temporary position is available for approximately 12 weeks during the summer months of May through August and is intended for high school and college students.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Part-time positions are not eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting end–users with endpoint application, operating system, hardware and connectivity issues, serving as initial contact for service related issues, interfacing with systems administrators and application developers on service/installation issues and projects, and assisting in enterprise–wide hardware and software deployment projects. The part-time helpdesk support assists in managing and maintaining the equipment checkout system.

Qualifications

No minimum education requirement. Must be at least 16 years of age by first day of employment. Preference will be given to applicants majoring in information systems or a related discipline.
