WWF-HK is looking for Head, People and Culture in Human Resources Team, leading full spectrum of human resources functions of the organization, creating and implementing HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusiveness, and innovation across the organization, and contributing a great place to work for employees.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective HR strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, while supporting the overall vision, mission and values of the organization.
  • Develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies/plans to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time, and  partner with the Senior Management Team if needed.
  • Champion an organizational culture that is inclusive and diverse to create a workplace where every employee feels welcomed, valued, and respected.
  • Lead the HR team and manage full spectrum of HR functions including rewards & benefits, budgeting, employee relations, learning & development, talent management, and hosting staff management.
  • Oversee the design and execution of a comprehensive employee engagement program, including employee recognition and rewards, and development initiatives.
  • Drive the continuous improvement agenda to streamline processes in achieving operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
  • Lead the development of performance management system that drive performance, engagement, and career development for employees.
  • Ensure good governance and compliance with all legal requirements and regulations in the HR arena.
  • Oversee and ensure effective management of HR Management System (HRMS), technology, and data analytics to support the needs of the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related filed.  Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in human resources leadership roles, including at least 5 years in senior HR roles with the ability to create people strategy.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • In depth knowledge of Employment Law, and thorough and methodical attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and agile work ethic, and a passion for leading with integrity.
  • Superior interpersonal skill and a positive, approachable manner; excellent communication, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of success in building and leading teams and organization.
  • Proven ability to design and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
