Region Asia Pacific (APAC) is therefore seeking a Head of Section, Project Engineering & Due Diligence (Wind & Solar) in India.
The Head of Section optimizes business operations and improves the long-term performance of the section. You will work closely on commercial opportunities to strategize, strengthen and expand business, including driving the doer/seller culture. You will also coordinate with the team and the subject matter experts and involve actively in managing technical due diligence projects for investments, mergers and acquisitions, product bankability and root cause analyses. This may also include meticulous analyses of wind and solar farm data, identifying the losses and performance issues and delivering consistent energy production estimates for the future based on past-performance and defending our work to the customers and stake holders. You will direct service line activities and drive technical competence development within the section aligned with Energy Systems strategy. As the Head of Section, you will have a strong focus on delivery and utilization, as well as gaining efficiency within the section. You will also review the quality of the deliverables as the approver, before they are sent to the customers. You will spearhead innovation ideas and further development of existing tools and practices. You will partner with KAMs, MAMs and Segment Leads in delivering an excellent customer experience while stimulating collaboration within your section and teams as well across the organization. You must ensure that you have the right number of staff with the right capabilities and strive for a high performing collaborative culture and exceptional employee experience.
