Next to being responsible we are looking for someone that can take these processes to the next level to get ready for international expansion.
Part two involves the culture and the love for people. We are looking for someone with a strong people management skillset who can and wants to strengthen our team culture. The match we are looking for is someone with strong empathic skills and the energy to initiate and drive new projects or improvements for our team and its people.
For both parts you will be requested to advice our Management Team when making strategic decisions (this is not a MT role). And last but not least, together with the People and Culture team you will be the thermometer of the team and act accordingly.
