Your mission at Sistema.bio:
Reporting to the Country Director Latam, the Head of Finance is responsible for the financial activities of the organization within the Region, ensuring financial health, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with the company's overall financial strategy. This includes planning, directing, and controlling financial operations to optimize performance, manage risks, and support strategic decision-making.
You’ll be in charge of:
Report monthy complete and reliable Financial Statements as well as annual audits on time.
Changes to previous periods only in case of limited exception (audit adjustments, significant event requiring modification of previous period)
More about YOU:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
8 -10 years in Financial roles, ideally in international companies.
Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Team management experience.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software.
Commitment to drive the company toward improved financial results
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
Deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization.

Salary range: 60-75K MX, according to professional experience.
