HCM Support Consultant - Time-limited Contract

Local Unit & Position Description

DNV Global HR system “Partner” is based on the Oracle HCM Cloud platform including different Oracle Cloud PaaS services as well as Seertech’s iLearning Plus. The HR Applications Competence Centre manages existing and newly implemented applications in high quality, efficiency, and under one governance within GSS IT.

We are seeking a HCM Support Consultant (HR Tech) - Time-limited contract
for our HR Process Support team based in Gdynia, Poland.

We are looking for a candidate that will work with us for the next 6 months in the HR Applications Competence Center in the GSS IT Global Application Services organization.

In the role will support the users, focusing on the HR community, of our HR applications which are of key importance for our daily business.

In your role you will:

• Provide the first line support service by solving cases
• Contribute to HCM release management by regression testing for reporting
• Support DNV’s HR system users in their use of the current DNV’s HR system landscape
• Facilitate HR work processes through system support
• Facilitate the efficient and effective use of HR data in business processes
• Manage the user and role administration for HR users in DNV
• Collaboration with the HR Application Management team to work on defect resolution and enhancements for the HR systems
• Collaborate with other teams both in GSS IT and GSS HR to ensure efficient and effective end-to-end support processes
• Maintain the organizational structure and support the reorganizational process
• Support and consult HR Communities and other IT stakeholders in the reorganization processes to help manage dependencies towards DNV application

Additional tasks might be added depending on the successful candidate’s qualifications and personal interests.

Position Qualifications

The responsibilities and key tasks for the role within People Reporting & Analytics are (but are not limited to):

• Execute development projects within the People reporting and analytics area

• Develop and discuss reporting and analytics possibilities and needs with relevant stakeholders

• Define key figures, calculations, and – if necessary – transfer mapping of data

• Support Group on relevant reporting and analytics needs

• Evaluate the need for adjustments in Group People BI e.g.:

• Adjust existing Power BI apps and reports

• Create new visualization, reports

• Gather and structure relevant data for these reports

• Keep updated on external trends and best practices within People reporting & analytics

• Develop and maintain relevant external network

• Stay informed on system changes and effects on reporting
