Graphic Design Intern

Ampact is looking for a talented and motivated graphic designer for an internship. This part-time (Average 10 hours per week) paid internship will work with our marketing and communications team to assist in the creation of graphics. This is a great opportunity to gain experience following brand style guides and building your portfolio.

**Opportunity for extension and additional hours past May 2026

Responsibilities

  • Utilize brand templates and style guides to create graphics for social media, blogs, emails, and presentations
  • Research, identify, tag, and prep photos and image libraries to be used for marketing and promotion
  • Assist with maintaining a library of images and templates
  • Support photo and video shoots or event photography
  • Collaborate with supervisor to develop new templates and improve visual impact

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be currently pursuing a certificate or degree program in graphic design, web design, desktop publishing, or related discipline.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Xpress or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communicator with high attention to detail
