**About the Program:

The World Resources Institute’s Climate Program works with policymakers, businesses, civil society and other decision-makers to adapt to climate impacts and build a zero-carbon future. We produce innovative research and analysis to evaluate the technical, economic and social benefits of climate action, as well as the costs of inaction. We work with governments to design and implement near-term and long-term goals and help integrate these into economic, sectoral and development plans. At the same time, we support businesses, civil society, local governments and other non-state actors as they pursue their own emissions-reduction and adaptation goals. Through our work with different stakeholders, we aim to accelerate equitable climate action that will help the most vulnerable while helping reach global targets.

In this new position, you will lead global project management and monitoring, evaluation and learning activities for WRI’s CREST(Climate-Resilient Employees for a Sustainable Tomorrow) Initiative. You will work with research teams in the United States and India, and project management and operations leads, to ensure the project’s overall success. Additionally, you will help manage and grow WRI’s portfolio of projects engaging micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across multiple countries. You will help facilitate and build partnerships with funders, partners, and private sector leaders supporting MSMEs as they play critical roles in global supply chains and energy, food/land/water, and urban transitions. You will be based in WRI’s Climate program, with flexibility to work remotely, anchored in either our Washington DC or WRI India offices.

Potential Salary: Salary range is between 96,000 and 110,000 USD if based in the US. Salary is commensurate with experience and other compensable factors.
