The Job
The Grants & Compliance Manager role presents an engaging and hands-on opportunity to spearhead financial budgeting, monitoring, and reporting for impactful donor grants. In this dynamic position, you will take the lead on:
About you
You have strong knowledge of accounting standards and cost control methods. You are comfortable moving from detailed information to the big picture view and on to the resolution. You’re an excellent communicator, with people of all levels.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience working with finance grants management.
Strong experience working with international funds and donor contracts.
Experience working with budgeting, reporting, financial analysis & contract management in the NGO space (mandatory).
Great experience in financial modeling.
Excellent Excel skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
Fluency in English.

The gross monthly salary bracket for this position is R51,277 - R76,915 in South Africa, and Ksh307,093 - Ksh460,640 in Kenya, plus benefits. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
