About the opportunity
Aither a Ricardo plc is seeking graduates / analysts to meet growing demand across multiple practice areas of our business. As a graduate, you will be engaged on diverse projects across a range of sectors including water, agriculture, infrastructure and the environment. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality proposals and projects and support with client engagement activities. By collaborating and working with industry leading professionals, you will enhance your analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Some of the responsibilities you will be involved in include but are not limited to:
contributing to project scoping and delivery, especially through high-quality research, analysis and writing;
proposal preparation and supporting business development activities;
employing rigorous and consistent self-checking and attention to detail to ensure outputs meet quality expectations;
learning and seeking out opportunities to grow your technical skills and industry knowledge;
undertaking project coordination, and contributing to or supporting project management and client engagement; and
bringing initiative and creativity in applying these skills.
About You
We are looking for highly motivated graduates who are passionate about making a positive difference and welcome individuals from various backgrounds including but not limited to:
Water resources
Economics
Engineering, science and mathematics
Public policy
Environmental sciences
You will have a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, proven research and analytical skills and have excellent communication skills and the desire to learn.
