As part of the development of its MENA business, and overall global growth, Cundall are excited to announce the establishment of a new office in Riyadh, KSA. Cundall have been working on projects in KSA for almost 15 years, so this is the natural progression for the business, building on long standing relationships and offering the same high standard of multidisciplinary design and consultancy services.
This is something that has been in the planning for quite some time and our new office in Riyadh will complement the existing regional offices in the UAE and Qatar and provide a much stronger and resilient regional business structure.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Government Relationship Officer, with major ministry interfacing experience, to join the team in KSA. A significant proportion of time will be spent at government / ministry offices and will be responsible for overseeing compliance with Saudi labour law.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare all GR related applications.
Providing reports to the Government Relations authorities / Manager.
Following, renewal, maintain all company documents such CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax etc.
Keeping all documents required by governmental agencies.
Communicating with Governmental entities to issue licenses and other related documents as required.
Arrange for different types of visa application (temporary work visa, resident wok visa, visit visa, family visas, etc.).
Submission of correct documentation related to Immigration processes and Work permits in front of the concerned authorities (Ministry of Labor and Immigration Dept.).
Ensures proper dissemination and informing the HR team of significant challenges that may jeopardize the achievement of company goals, and those are not being addressed adequately.
Updating relevant business areas with issues, risks, and statuses of immigration/ government processes and provide relevant solutions in a timely manner.
Ensures immigration processes are completed in minimal time including Resident Permits, Drivers Licenses, Visas, CID procedures etc Track and monitor relevant expiry dates and ensure that all time-sensitive documents and licenses are renewed ahead of deadlines.
Manages the processing of all immigration requirements in the most effective and efficient manner to expedite on boarding of new employees
Dealing with employee queries regarding details of immigration formalities, and entitlements.
