Local Unit & Position Description

DNV Energy Systems focus on excelling the energy transition together with our customers and ambitious growth plans. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to play a leading role in shaping our future workplace. Reporting to the People Director for Energy Systems and part of the central Global People team, you’ll be integral to our strategic global people projects

In this global role, you will be at the heart of it, and offers you the opportunity to get involved in and lead on a wide variety of diverse strategic HR projects such as: attraction, leadership development, strategic people upskilling and development journeys, HR technology, strategic workforce planning, all to build our exceptional employee experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape your role, focus on your personal development and  work closely with colleagues across Energy Systems globally, the wider business, the People Director, and the top management in Energy Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive strategic projects
  • Strategic Leadership development
  • Strategic people upskilling and development journeys
  • Strategic workforce planning
  • Cooperate with our global business and our DNV cooperate functions

Position Qualifications

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience within HR
  • Demonstrable interest/experience with HR; such as strategic HR, leadership development, organizational development, upskilling journeys, communications, learning technology, strategic workforce planning, creating exceptional employee experience
  • To demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability to allow you to work comfortably with colleagues around the world
  • Proven networking, influencing, communication and creative thinking skills, exploring mindset, with experience bringing colleagues together to solve problems
  • To demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to deadline and on budget
  • A high level of self-awareness, and the skills to adapt to a variety of challenges
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
