Exchanges are recorded through a blockchain-secured platform that enables traceable collection, secures income, and verifies reporting. Collected material is processed into Social Plastic feedstock for reuse in products and packaging or resold as plastic off-sets. We are currently operating in the Philippines, Indonesia, Brazil and Egypt. So far, our collectors have prevented more than 40 million kilograms of plastic from entering the ocean (two billion plastic bottles!). ROLE MISSION
Our ideal new colleague for this role will become shortly a trusted advisor across our global Sales team and will partner with leaders from Sales, Supply Chain, Partner Success, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and other functions. This role is a crucial element in driving sales excellence and attaining our targets.
As our new colleague, you'd be an excellent leader who is proactive in their approach to key strategic and tactical deliverables while continually driving efficiencies within their department and across the teams they support while managing functions essential to the productivity of Plastic Bank.
As our new colleague, you'd focus on sales process optimizations, sales program implementation, sales effectiveness, upskilling of our go to market approach for both direct and channel business, coordination of sales plays with cross functional stakeholders, and sales/marketing/partner success dashboards and reporting. Further responsibilities include maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in all the organization's efforts. Our new colleague can be based anywhere in Canada fully remotely or in our Vancouver office (hybrid).
