Through its network of global and local experts, WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities supports city- and national-level change for people and the planet, focusing on integrated solutions to new and long-standing urban challenges, primarily in the Global South. The WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities’ Built Environment program is committed to accelerating the rollout of resilient and net zero carbon buildings: highly energy efficient and resilient, fully powered by renewable energy sources, and built or retrofitted with sustainable, low carbon materials.

Reporting to Director, Urban Efficiency and Climate, in this role you will manage and develop new programs to support national and local governments to develop ambitious and inclusive resilient and net zero carbon building roadmaps, actions plans, policies and projects; lead the development of critical knowledge products; convene stakeholders to facilitate capacity building and knowledge exchange; and help shape the global narrative on the role and contribution of the Built Environment to the Paris Agreement and SDGs.

Potential Salary: The salary range for this position is £65,000 - £82,000 if filled by a candidate located and legally able to work in the UK.
The salary range for this position is € 80,000 - € 101,000 if filled by a candidate located and legally able to work in the Netherlands.
