In this role you will be responsible for :
- Process orders entry, validation and booking in accordance with customer requirements
- Ensure on-time order entry, validation and booking of customer orders
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests, received via email
- Support the OM team in preparing shipping instructions, shipping documents, certificates and other required documents
Your profile:
- Ongoing studies in the field of Economics, Logistics, International trade, Business Administration, etc.
- Ability to work min. 35-40 hours / week
- Fluency in English and a strong command of German (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (mainly MS Excel and Outlook)
- Eager to learn personality with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, work out and apply new ways of resolution
