**In this role you will be responsible for:

Ownership of Facility & Office Management:
- Leading a team responsible for Office Operations (300 employees, with two sites in Budapest & Veresegyház)
- Strategic leadership of improving office environment, resolving office building problems and serve as a first point of contact between employees and external service providers
- Providing a proactive approach to analyse, identify & initiate process improvements
- Overlooking the management of procurements (e.g., contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and landlord)
- Providing a high-level support in workspace planning and office moving projects
- Ensure the proper operation of the reception and client area to improve client satisfaction
Ownership of internal communications:
- Planning a variety of events for employees throughout the year
- Creating local communication strategy and increasing engagement
- Reviewing and updating internal policies concerning the office operation and employee’s wellbeing, ensuring quality improvements to daily atmosphere
Supporting the onboarding & integration of new colleagues strategically:
- Ensuring local host management of newcomers and acting as main point of contact to responsible leaders globally to ensure smooth onboarding process
- Maintain mobile phone and company car fleet management, support the employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Owning the smooth IT support that is altered to the needs of both of the physical locations, adjust operating rhythm to needs and ensure IT provides a seamless working environment to all employees working in the office premises
Your Profile:
- Completed studies with a focus on Economics, Logistics or International Trade
- Minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in an international and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and in Hungarian
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel) and graphic design programs (e.g. Canva)
- First hand experience in office management and project management
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and inspirational skills with a strong customer focus
- Capable of designing, selling and implementing solutions, process improvements
- Pro-active and proven approach to structured problem solving
