The FP&A Leader for Services is in charge of Jenbacher Services P&L related planning, pacing, budgeting and reporting activities detailed below together with overseeing the related accounting during the monthly closing and supporting the INNIO Controlling team in process improvements and related initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly/quarterly closing, planning, forecasting, and prepare the key performance indicators on a monthly basis for reporting purposes to INNIO’s Management
- Analyze actuals and explain the main drivers versus Budget / Forecast / Prior Year
- Support VP of Group & JB Controlling, Head of Services Finance JB and FP&A Leader with respective ad hoc requests / analytics / metrics / KPIs
- Lead JB Services pacing preparation including the risks / opportunities section
- Liaise and collaborate with Services Finance and Operational teams, to ensure high quality deliverables are submitted on time in planning and closing cycles
- Developing in depth understanding of existing business policies, processes on cost accounting / labor liquidation / inter-company cross charges, etc.
- Support Controlling and Services Finance team by building dashboards that provide structure and understanding on product and country specific cost profiles including the respective balance sheet items
- Performing in depth analysis of specific cost buckets distinguishing between system generated entries vs. manual bookings
**Your Profile:
**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional experience in Services or Accounting
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with distributed teams
- Hands-on approach and autonomous in work
- Strong accounting and analytical skills
- Ability to challenge existing processes, problem solving
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with industrial products/businesses is an advantage
- Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)
