FP&A Analyst - Emerging Markets

Job responsibilities:

• Design financial dashboard using Power BI & Business Objects and disseminate on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Coordinate with each Region’s FP&A in report simplifications, review submitted reports by Region & understanding business results for EM report consolidation.
• Partner directly with the finance team and Regional FP&A teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
• Build financial models & perform research and analysis.
• Evaluates the cost-efficiency of each department in relation to department’s resources.
• Work closely in the centralization of reporting activities.
• Assist with financial planning & forecasting.
• Ensures compliance with financial guidelines & company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business Administration – Major in Accounting) or equivalent; Licensed Accountant

• At least 5 years relevant experience handling Financial Reports & Analysis.

• Proficiency with computer system and reporting process and with strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint).

• With strong knowledge in Power BI is preferred.

• Must have a high sense of responsibility, sense of ownership, analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, can work in a multi-tasked environment and a team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision; has ability to define problems; collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
