POSITION SUMMARY
The Food Production Manager (FPM) is responsible for preparing and supervising high-quality and nutritious meals in accordance with our program guidelines. The FPM is responsible for volunteer training and oversight, purchasing, and daily record-keeping. The FPM is responsible for ensuring all meal production staff and volunteers adhere to all food and warehouse safety requirements, as well as assisting with catering and disaster relief when necessary. The FPM is a hands-on position.
