The Fleet Program Coordinator (m/f/d) for Jenbacher gas engines in the after-sales service area is responsible for coordinating proactive exchange programs on our global engine fleet from the initial launch until closure. This includes defining and calculating the budget, launching the program to our authorized service partners or customers, supply the necessary spare parts, and keep track of the project progress. In this role, you will be working with internal and external stakeholders to manage fleet issues across all Jenbacher product lines and make a significant contribution to increasing customer satisfaction

Your Responsibilities:
- Worldwide processing of INNIO Jenbacher exchange program cases including establishing the business case, defining timelines and budget calculation for the affected unit list
- Launching the fleet program to our authorized sales partners and customers
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Quality, Sales, Logistics, Suppliers, Distributors, etc.)
- Documenting and updating fleet program cases in our database to ensure traceability and transparency
- Regular scope reviews with engineering and technical service departments
- Coordination of service calls with our service partners and suppliers as part of the exchange program
- Supporting the purchasing department with cost reimbursement for supplier related issues (vendor recovery)
Your Profile:
- Commercial degree (Bachelor or Master) and/or technical background (mechanical or electrical – e.g. HTL or industrial engineering study)
- Experience in project management
- Relevant industry experience, preferably in Services
- Strong customer focus and open mind-set
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with MS Office, Salesforce.com or ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) desired
- Technical understanding and willingness to develop technical know-how
- Fluent in English and German
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.763,02 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
