Position: Finance Officer

Role Overview:
The Finance officer will be a shared resource between AAI and AA Myanmar supporting the financial management process ensuring all trasactions are made in line with agreed policies and procedures, through:
Time to time provide assistance with various Audit processes
Who we're looking for:
You should have Tertiary qualification in finance or related field. You should have Minimum 5years experience in a similar role. You should have working knowledge on: Sun and processing payments on banking platforms, proven track record of accounting experience, payroll and related legislation guidelines, recording and processing entries on Sun, recording and processing payments on bank platform, ledger entry analysis and interpretation, generating reports and data analysis and interpretation, transacting experience on a banking platform.You should have ability to work in a multicultural and multi-geographical context/environment, engage in social justice activism/advocacy and demonstrate innovative practices. You should have good experience in a financial or management accounting environment. You should have cross functional fair understanding of good finance practices and proven track record of general ledger management. You should have working knowledge of payroll, tax, IFRS and related legislation.
You should also have strong commitment to ActionAid’s values and ethos, including ActionAid’s feminist leadership principles.
