Ability to reach decision based on facts. Independent on the attitude of Co- Credit Officer and Lead toward a particular customer
Communicates well with the ability to establish rapport
People oriented and have an interest in working with people
Ability to negotiate collection with customers based on their capacity to pay
Ability to understand the data that created the figures and be able to compare to discern a trend
Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Ability to work independently and in team environment, with limited supervision and be a self starter.
Must be tolerant of all personality types of customer, clients, co-employees and others
Ability to develop and maintain strategic alliances with various stakeholders
Ability to develop understanding of customer/stakeholder needs with effective engagement skills
Ability to react to stressful situations with professionalism
