The Finance Analyst - Cost of Quality is as key Finance partner to the Quality department providing financial oversight and driving improvement initiatives for CoQ across the INNIO group.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own the monthly Cost of Quality (CoQ) financial closing and reporting cycles
- Drive CoQ financial planning cycles, including operational reviews and close alignment withgroup FP&A and other Finance teams
- Partnering with the Quality department to monitor cost and drive cost improvement through metrics-driven management
- Perform financial validation of Warranty programs and model INNIO’s financial exposure and subsequent provision requirements
- Support BI re-design to enable transparency, flexibility, sustainability, deeper analysis, and efficient reporting solutions
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration
- Solid professional financial experience, ideally in a production or after-sales environment
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels and functions; clearly communicate complex financial information
- Strong MS-Office skills: experience with financial systems/applications, strong Excel skills
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
