XYLEM Service Hungary Kft. is looking for a new collegue for the following position:
Finance ANALYST (MANUFACTURING)
TASKS
- Manages inventory controlling of the plant (Standard costing/E&O/Scrap)
- Prepares production related weekly / monthly reports
- Support various manufacturing controlling daily tasks
- Supports year-end inventory stock-takes
- Support forecasting /budgeting activities
- Increase efficiency of financial team by improving processes
- Oversee management information system to support decision making
- Utilize modern management accounting principles, promotes activity-based management
- Support the audits (SOX / US GAAP)
- Communicate to site management and functional leads
- Works closely with the FP&A Analyst
REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business IT
- 3+ years relevant working experience
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Flexible personality, who can adapt quickly to situations in a dynamic business environment
- Complex thinking, analytical mindset and a lot of curiosity
- Customer focused attitude;
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highest standard of accuracy and precision, highly organized
- Work experience in pump or electrical motor industries is an advantage
