職位概要：

• 15天有薪年假 Annual Leave of 15 days
• 五天工作週 5-day work week
• 工作於米埔自然保護區 Work at Mai Po Nature Reserve

此職位負責斯科特野外研習中心、教育中心及觀鳥屋的設施進行相關支援和維修，為所有電器、機械和手動設施或設備進行定期檢查，以確保其處於良好狀態並能安全運作。

職責

• 支援中心各種日常維護工作，包括但不限於木工、石工、鎖匠、油漆、管道（隔油池和污水排放）和電力工程，確保設施保持安全和清潔的狀態。
• 支援機械和設備日常維修工作和其他機電設施的維修及清洗。
• 巡查場地並向上級報告需要外判服務供應商提供維修服務的設施、並監督外判工作情況。
• 監察維修零件和材料的庫存並協助辦理採購。

職位要求

• 持有相關機械操作、維修或維護設施的職業培訓課程證書或以上，或擁有實際工作經驗

• 持有有效「平安卡」(綠卡)

• 持有香港駕駛執照（1及2）或同等資格

• 持有電工A牌或以上

• 擁有至少2年機電及樓宇設施的相關工作經驗，曾於屋宇裝備、物業管理、工程業或酒店業工作更佳

• 流利粵語及能理解基本英語

This position is responsible for providing facilities maintenance related support to Peter Scott Field Visitor Centre, Education Center and Bird Hides. It involves conducting regular inspections and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and manual facilities and equipment to ensure they are in very good condition and able to operate safely.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of routine maintenance for the Centre, including, but not limited to carpentry, masonry, locksmith, painting, plumbing (Grease traps and sewage drain), and electrical work. Ensures that building facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition.
• Provide routine machinery and equipment maintenance and other electro-mechanical.
• Inspect the centre and facilities, report to the superior if the facilities need to be repaired by external maintenance service providers, also monitor and assist the work done by external contractor.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance parts and materials and support in procurement.
• Performs other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Holder of vocational training certificate or above or, possess practical work experience related to mechanical operation, repair and maintenance facilities.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in building services, property management, construction or hotel industry.
• Holder of valid Green Card under Mandatory Basic Safety Training Course (Construction Work) [Green Card Training Course]
• Holder of Hong Kong driving license (Class 1 and 2) or equivalent.
• Grade A Registered Electrical Certificate or above.
• Fluent in Cantonese and basic understanding in English
