職位概要

  • 工作於米埔自然保護區 Work at Mai Po Nature Reserve

此職位負責策劃、組織及管理米埔自然保護區內的斯科特訪客中心、餐廳、教育中心及觀鳥屋的所有設施及設備,以確保能正常運行並處於良好狀態。職責包括準備與維修及保養相關的文件及報告、與外判維修服務供應商聯絡並安排維修服務。此外,該職位將協助訪客體驗團隊支援訪客中心的日常運作。

職責

  • 制定設施及設備的安裝、翻新、維修及保養規劃
  • 安排定期保養以確保設施和內部系統符合健康和安全標準以及法律要求
  • 監督和協助進行設施維修及保養工作,例如清洗中央冷氣機、排氣系統、隔油池及污水井等
  • 檢查建築物的結構以確定是否需要維修或翻新
  • 與外判維修服務供應商聯絡並安排進行安裝、維修及保養工作
  • 處理設施相關的保險、服務合約、維修及保養報告,以準確記錄外判商所提供的服務資料及內容
  • 採購新系統或服務時進行成本效應分析
  • 檢視中心的能源及日用品消耗並研究降低成本的方案
  • 研究新的服務和設備以改善中心營運
  • 為訪客體驗團隊提供支援,包括但不限於接待訪客、租借禁區證及器材、支援導賞團及其它指定工作。

職位要求

  • 持有與設施管理相關的職業培訓証書或以上,或擁有實際工作經驗
  • 擁有至少5年相關工作經驗,具備豐富設施管理的知識,如曾於物業管理業或酒店業工作將作優先考慮
  • 持有香港駕駛執照(1及2)或同等資格
  • 熟悉管理設施、設備和安全系統
  • 良好書寫及說話溝通技巧,包括英語及普通話
  • 良好的組織和領導能力
  • 解決問題能力強,能在緊急情況下快速應對
  • 熟悉電腦及微軟辦公室軟件

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all facilities and equipment at the Peter Scott Visitor Centre, Cafeteria, Education Centre, and Bird Hides at Mai Po Nature Reserve to ensure that they are operating properly and in good condition. These duties include preparing maintenance documents and reports, liaising with and arranging maintenance services with outsourced vendors and contractors. Additionally, this position will assist the Visitor Experience Team in the overall operations of the Visitor Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop installation, refurbishment, and maintenance plans for all facilities and equipment.
  • Arrange regular maintenance to ensure that the facilities, equipment, supplies, and internal systems meet health and safety standards and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and supervise the repairs and maintenance of machinery and equipment, such as cleaning central air-conditioning units, exhaust systems, grease traps, sewage, etc.
  • Conduct structural inspections of buildings to determine if repairs or renovations are required.
  • Liaise and arrange repair and maintenance services with outsourced vendors and contractors.
  • Handle facility-related insurance, service contracts, and maintenance reports to ensure accurate and updated service records and expenses of external vendors.
  • Conduct cost analysis for procurement when purchasing new systems, faciltiies or services.
  • Monitor the Centre’s utilities consumption and explore solutions to minimize costs.
  • Research new services and appliances to improve the centre's operations.
  • Support the Visitor Experience team in Centre operations, including but not limited to greeting visitors at reception, handling permits and equipment rental, eco-tour support, and other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Holder of vocational training certificate or above in Facilities Management, or possess practical work experience related to facilities management.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with extensive facilities management and operations knowledge, preferably in the property management industries or hotel industry.
  • Holder of a Hong Kong driving license (Class 1 and 2) or equipvalent
  • Familiarity with managing facilities, equipment and security systems
  • Good written and spoken communication skills, including English and Putonghua.
  • Good organizational and leadership skill
  • Solid problem-solving skill and ability to respond quickly in emergencies
  • Familiarise with computers and MS Office
