SCOPE OF POSITION**:**
This key leadership position will report to the Director, Fund Development and is responsible for the overall operation, success and continuous improvement/development of Oxfam Canada’s Face to Face (F2F) and Tele-Fundraising (TF) program.
Located in Ottawa or Vancouver, this position will work as part of the Fund Development Team using best practices and innovations in the sector to maintain current markets and develop new markets nationally for face to face donor acquisition through street, door to door and private site campaigns.
This position will also oversee a small phone team, with year round phone campaigns related to Oxfam Canada’s monthly giving program.
Some travel and irregular work hours may be required.
