The Role
CQC is hiring an Executive Assistant to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aide the CEO in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization. The executive assistant is a critical point of contact for the business and interacts with all levels of the organization as well as VIP clients and politicians.

The successful candidate is likely to have the following in their experience and qualifications:
A bachelor's Degree.
About 10 years of work experience.
Experience in a fast-paced international company is a must.
Expertise managing complex calendars.
Experience collaborating with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Highly organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superb time and prioritization management skills.
Takes initiative and anticipates needs, exercises independent/sound judgment.
Outstanding attention to detail.
High level of comfort navigating conflicting priorities, change, and balancing multiple events at once.
Strong cultural competency skills and the ability to collaborate with people of varying backgrounds and identities, both with coworkers across departments and externally.
